Mike is an experienced trial lawyer and zealous advocate who devotes his practice to personal injury, class action, consumer protection, and business litigation matters. He co-founded Eggnatz | Pascucci with the goal of providing high quality legal representation that prioritizes direct and frequent communication between the lawyers and clients.
Prior to co-founding Eggnatz | Pascucci, Mike worked for a large Plaintiff’s law firm where he handled hundreds of cases from pre-suit through trial. Prior to that, Mike worked as a defense litigation attorney where he represented several insurance companies and some of the largest corporations in the country, providing him with an insider’s perspective on how insurance carriers and corporate legal departments handle litigation matters and injury claims.
Mike has a diverse civil litigation practice that focuses on personal injury claims, insurance claims, business disputes, consumer claims, and other civil matters. He has represented individuals throughout the state in a wide variety of personal injury matters including auto accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, cruise ship accidents, construction accidents, sexual assaults, and other unfortunate incidents that have resulted in harms and losses to his clients.
Mike has been appointed as Class Counsel by several Courts throughout the country in a number of high profile, nationwide class actions and has helped consumers recover millions of dollars. He represents consumers in a variety of matters including false advertisement, improper product labeling, employment matters, fair debt collection matters, unsolicited telephone calls and texts, and other consumer protection related matters.
Mike has obtained millions of dollars in recoveries and is a recognized leader in his field. Mike was included on the Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars for four consecutive years and was previously included in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 list.
Born and raised in South Florida, Mike is a proud resident of Cooper City where he lives with his wife, Allyson, and their daughters, Ansley and Alexandra. Mike is active in the local community through volunteer work. When he is not in the office, you will usually find him engaged in family activities, coaching youth sports or volunteering his time to help the community and those in need through charitable organizations. Mike also devotes professional time to representing clients who cannot afford a lawyer pro bono (no fee) in a variety of legal matters.
