Dania Beach, FL (September 26, 2021) – At 7:19 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, September 26, a multi-vehicle crash occurred in Dania Beach.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 near Griffin Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized for treatment of their injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, a portion of the roadway was blocked for some time. This led to extensive delays in the area.
