Fort Lauderdale, FL (March 17, 2021) – Around 12:11 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 17, a car accident took place on a highway in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Broward Boulevard. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Four right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
