Fort Lauderdale, FL (April 12, 2021) – At 12 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, April 12, a car accident with injuries occurred in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Sunrise Boulevard around the area of I-95. Two or more vehicles collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result.
Two left lanes of traffic were blocked for an extended period of time.
