Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Broward County, Florida

More pedestrian injuries and fatalities happen in the state of Florida than in many other places throughout the U.S. Between just 2010 and 2019, it was reported that approximately 1,675 pedestrians were killed in fatal accidents throughout Florida and many others were injured as a result. Because pedestrians have no protection from harm when involved in an accident with another party, they are more likely to become seriously injured in an accident. Even when pedestrians abide by all of the rules of the road, a driver could turn their life upside-down in the blink of an eye if they are not paying attention to the roads before them. If you have sustained injuries in one of these accidents, you should have the help of an attorney on your side.

The truth is, Florida pedestrian accidents tend to be so severe that they cause long-term and debilitating injuries to those involved. Some of the most catastrophic injuries that result from these accidents include spinal cord injuries, TBIs, broken bones, organ damage, paralysis, and more. As you work on your physical recovery, you should never have to worry about how you are going to pay the bills that pile up against you. It can be difficult to face the aftermath of a pedestrian accident on your own. Because of this, you should speak with a Florida personal injury attorney who has your best interests in mind
