Hallandale Beach, FL (September 18, 2021) – At 6:39 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, September 18, a car accident occurred in Hallandale Beach.
According to Broward County Police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of exit 18, Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result. The vehicles had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt as a result of the accident. The unidentified victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
