Hollywood, FL (May 2, 2021) – At 4:16 p.m. on the afternoon of Sunday, May 2, a car accident took place on a highway in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
