Hollywood, FL (June 12, 2021) – At 1:27 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, June 12, a multi-vehicle collision occurred in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Sheridan Street (exit 21). Several vehicles were traveling in the area when, due to reasons that are not yet known, they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the collision were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Three right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
