Lauderhill, FL (May 9, 2021) – On Sunday evening, May 9, a car accident took place at an intersection in the Lauderhill area.
According to Broward County officials, several people, including a young teenager, were hospitalized after the major crash. Initial reports state that, just after 8:00 p.m., a black Infinity driving eastbound on Sunrise Boulevard struck a silver Nissan that was making a turn at the intersection of Northwest 34th Avenue and Sunrise.
The teenage boy was taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale via ambulance in serious condition. Three other passengers were taken to area medical centers but sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
