Oakland Park, FL (November 14, 2021) – At 7:07 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, November 13, a multi-vehicle crash occurred in Oakland Park.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Commercial Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not known at this time.
Due to the severity of the accident, three left lanes were blocked for some time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
