Pompano Beach, FL (December 12, 2021) – At 5:49 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, December 12, a car crash with injuries occurred in Pompano Beach.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Sample Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Three right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
