Pedestrian Accidents in Florida
Pedestrian accidents are more common in Florida than in many other states throughout the U.S. Between January and June 2019, it was reported that approximately 368 people were killed in pedestrian accidents due to the reckless acts of others. These accidents occur in the blink of an eye and lead to serious harm to those involved. When a victim is injured in a pedestrian accident, they will typically spend time recovering in the hospital and could even miss out on time at work. It is essential that injured victims seek legal help when it comes to their claim.
Being injured in a Florida pedestrian accident can leave you with a wide array of questions that you cannot answer on your own. For instance, what types of evidence will you need to gather to prove that another party is to blame for your collision? What deadlines will you be required to meet in your claim? Will your case be settled or will it make it all the way to trial? These are questions that a dedicated Florida personal injury attorney will be able to help you answer along the way.
