Pedestrian Accidents in Florida

Pedestrians are the most vulnerable parties on Florida roads, with these accidents increasing every year within the state. These accidents involve many different types of transportation but trains are known for being some of the largest involved in pedestrian accidents. Because of this, they are capable of causing some of the most catastrophic harm. Between 2010 and 2019, it was reported that approximately 1,675 pedestrians were killed in fatal accidents due to the reckless acts of others in Florida. If you and your family have lost a loved one in a pedestrian accident, you will need to make a compelling case. It is crucial that you speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind.

The loss of a loved one can impact your life in a variety of ways. You should always have the assistance of a Deerfield Beach pedestrian accident lawyer on your side after you have sustained these losses. In most cases, a pedestrian is struck by a motorist because they failed to adhere to traffic laws or failed to give the right-of-way to pedestrians. It is not always easy to make a claim against a party who has caused a pedestrian accident, as they may attempt to blame the accident on the pedestrian. Luckily, with the help of a Deerfield Beach wrongful death attorney, you can move forward with a successful claim.
