Fort Lauderdale, FL (April 28, 2021) – At 12:16 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 28, a car accident took place at an intersection in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Broward Boulevard and West 11th Avenue. Two or more vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Two right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time.
