Fort Lauderdale, FL (April 27, 2021) – At 5:38 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, April 27, a car accident took place at an intersection in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of US-1 and Northeast 13th Street. Two or more vehicles entered the intersection at the same time, which caused them to collide with each other. The vehicles were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.
The right lane of traffic was blocked in the area for some time.
