Fort Lauderdale, FL (August 9, 2021) – At 3:58 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, August 9, a car accident with injuries occurred in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of US-1 and Northeast 19th Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the crash were left with extensive damages. Tow trucks had to remove the damaged vehicles from the road.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured as a result of the accident. The parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
