Fort Lauderdale, FL (April 21, 2021) – At 3:39 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 21, a car accident happened on a roadway in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened on East Sunrise Boulevard around the area of Powerline Road. Two vehicles collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The left lane of traffic was blocked in the area for some time until police cleared the scene.
