Fort Lauderdale, FL (August 23, 2021) – At 8:31 p.m. on the night of Monday, August 23, a truck accident with injuries occurred in Fort Lauderdale.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of Broward Boulevard around the area of I-95. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it collided with one or more passenger vehicles. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
