Hollywood, FL (December 10, 2021) - At 5:36 p.m. on the evening of Friday, December 10, a car accident with injuries occurred in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Hollywood Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, all lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
