Hollywood, FL (March 7, 2021) – Around 4:28 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, March 7, a multi-vehicle collision took place on a highway in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident took place in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Hollywood Boulevard. Multiple vehicles collided in the area after one or more lost control. This led to extensive damages to the vehicles involved.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in all lanes until police cleared the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
