Hollywood, FL (September 4, 2021) – At 8:13 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, September 4, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of exit 22, Stirling Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Due to the severity of the crash, all lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
