North Lauderdale, FL (July 26, 2021) – At 10:30 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, July 25, a fatal accident occurred at an intersection in North Lauderdale.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of West McNab Road and Avon Lane. Police confirmed that a passenger vehicle and a pickup truck collided with one another. One of the involved vehicles was making a left turn when it was T-boned by the other.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One person was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital. Four other people were injured in the crash and were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked for hours until police cleared the scene.
