Bicycle Accidents in Florida

Florida sees more bicycle accidents than many other states in the U.S., especially due to the state’s beautiful weather and people’s ability to cycle most of the year. Children are some of the most susceptible parties in these accidents due to the fact that they are not always aware of what is happening on the road around them. In 2018 alone, it was reported that approximately 6,568 bicycle accidents happened in Florida, which led to 148 fatalities and 6,175 injuries. The aftermath of a bicycle accident can impact a person’s life in many ways, which is why you should be prepared to speak with an attorney in your time of need.

Bicycle accidents are some of the most severe accidents on our roads. This is due to the fact that bicyclists have no protection from harm in the event of an accident with a vehicle. •    Spinal cord injuries
•    Road rash
•    Traumatic brain injuries

•    Fractures

If you have sustained injuries in a bicycle accident, you may wonder where you can turn. It is crucial that you speak with a Pembroke Pines personal injury attorney as soon as possible.
