Car Accidents in Florida

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people are injured in Florida car accidents. In just one recent year’s time, over 400,000 car accidents happened in Florida, with approximately 200,000 or more leading to serious injuries. These accidents happen in a variety of areas but intersections are some of the most common. In just one recent year’s time in the U.S., it is estimated that approximately 2.5 million intersection accidents took place due to the reckless acts of others. Some of the most common reasons for car accidents at intersections include distracted driving, intoxication, speeding, and more. If you can show that another party is at fault for your accident, you have a variety of options moving forward. It is important that you speak with a dedicated legal advocate at this time.

Florida car accident attorneys are well-versed in accident laws and can help you answer many questions along the way as you navigate the legal system. For instance, what types of evidence will you need to gather to show that another party is at fault for your accident? What deadlines will you have to meet as you bring a successful claim? Will your case be settled or will it make it all the way to trial? These are questions that you will likely not be able to answer on your own, which is why you should speak with a Florida personal injury attorney.
