Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family in hopes of a full recovery.

Fires in Florida

Florida experiences more fires than many other states throughout the U.S. Hundreds of lives are lost and thousands are injured in these incidents every single year, which happen in both residential and commercial areas. Though almost all fires can be prevented, they continue to take place every year due to the outright reckless acts of others. It is never easy to face the aftermath of a fire on your own, especially when you believe that it started due to negligent reasons. If you have been hurt in a fire and wonder where you can turn, you should have the dedicated help of an accident attorney on your side.

Being injured in a Florida house fire can impact your life in many ways, leaving you with questions that you may not be able to answer without the help of an attorney. For instance, what deadlines will you be required to meet as you move forward with bringing a claim? What evidence will you need to provide to prove that another party is at fault for your accident? What should you say when you speak with the insurance company for the first time? These are questions that you can answer when you speak with a skilled Florida personal injury attorney.
