Hallandale Beach, FL (October 17, 2021) – At 11:18 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, October 17, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Hallandale Beach.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of exit 18, Hallandale Beach Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the accident. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in all lanes for an extended period of time.
