Hollywood, FL (July 23, 2021) – Before 4 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, July 23, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Hollywood.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Hollywood Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
All lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time.
