Pedestrian Accidents in Florida

Pedestrians are some of the most at-risk parties on our roads who are prone to some of the most immense harm in the event of an accident. This is due to the fact that they are some of the most vulnerable parties. Between 2010 and 2019, it was determined that approximately 1,675 pedestrians were killed in Florida accidents and many others were injured. These accidents happen due to many different reasons including distracted driving, drunk driving, speeding, and more. Pedestrians deserve special protections, which means that drivers are supposed to pay close attention to the roads around them at all times. If you have been hurt in a pedestrian accident, you may be feeling alone and confused. It is important that you speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind after an accident.

Being injured in a pedestrian accident might be one of the most challenging things that you have ever endured. Some of the most severe injuries that stem from pedestrian accidents include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, organ damage, and more. These injuries are sometimes so severe that they land victims in the hospital and cause them to miss out on time at work. It can be life-altering and catastrophic to face a pedestrian accident on your own. If you have been hurt in a pedestrian accident, you have options and should seek the help of a Florida pedestrian accident lawyer.
