Motorcycle Accidents in Florida

Florida sees more motorcycle accidents than many other states in the U.S. This is because the weather is just right for motorcyclists and there are many sights to be seen for tourists. In 2019, it was estimated that approximately 8,895 motorcycle accidents took place in the entirety of Florida. Out of these accidents, 550 people lost their lives. Motorcyclists have few protections from harm on our roads when it comes to accidents involving other vehicles. This means that many individuals are likely to become seriously injured or even killed in these horrific accidents. If you have been hurt in a motorcycle collision, it is crucial that you speak with an attorney that you can rely on.

Facing the aftermath of a motorcycle crash can be a complex ordeal that you are not prepared to face on your own. Severe injuries sometimes result from these catastrophic accidents, including the following:

  • Road rash
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Internal organ damage
  • Fractures
  • Paralysis

The road to recovery can be a long one when you have sustained injuries in an unexpected motorcycle accident. Unfortunately, this could mean that the bills continue to pile up as you work on your recovery. It is imperative that you speak with a knowledgeable Miami personal injury lawyer as soon as possible after an accident.
