Pembroke Pines, (June 22, 2021) – At 7 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, June 22, a car accident with injuries occurred in Pembroke Pines.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of University Drive and Johnson Street. Two or more vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. They were rushed to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Two right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time.
