Tamarac, FL (June 29, 2021) – At 4:24 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 29, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Tamarac.
According to Broward County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Commercial Boulevard and Prospect Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they forcefully collided at the intersection. The vehicles involved in the collision were extensively damaged due to the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were hospitalized with injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Two right lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
